The LAMP ServiceNow Integration is designed to enable automated synchronization of asset data between a customer’s ServiceNow instance and the LAMP platform to ensure accurate tracking and continual monitoring of the customer’s assets and service contracts. Through integration with LAMP, customers can enhance asset and configuration management database (CMDB) data in ServiceNow to ensure that it is up-to-date and does not become static and inaccurate.
