ROSEMONT, Ill., Apr. 30, 2019 — LaSalle Solutions announced today that it has achieved the Unified Contact Center Enterprise Authorized Technology Provider (UCCE) status from Cisco. This Authorization along with other recognitions from Cisco as a Gold Certified Partner, a Trusted Advisor, Master Security Specialization and Master Collaboration Specialization puts LaSalle in an exclusive group of companies worldwide.
The UCCE designation recognizes LaSalle as having fulfilled the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy, and support Cisco Unified Contact Center solutions targeted to the high-end enterprise contact center marketplace. This is an achievement reached by less than 1 percent of Cisco partners in the country.
To qualify for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise ATP status, LaSalle had to meet a number of requirements, from achieving the Cisco Advanced Unified Communications Specialization to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Channel partners must have staff that can fulfill specific job responsibilities. Partners are also required to build a lab for development and customer-fault replication. The lab must contain a comprehensive suite of current, upgraded, and maintained Cisco Unified CCE solutions and applications, each configured for real-world testing to simulate actual end-user conditions.
