Company improves asset and contract management, establishes technology spend and builds technology roadmap
A large financial services company wanted to manage their entire Cisco network more efficiently, including maintaining their schedule for refresh opportunities and planning for technology adoption. They needed full visibility to their inventory and contracts as well as improved financial reporting.
LaSalle worked with the Company to capture all assets and maintenance contract information across the entire network. Using this information, LaSalle implemented their cloud-based toolset, LAMP, to give the Company visibility to their contract coverage and refresh opportunities. As they continued to work with the Company’s executive management team, LaSalle helped establish a predictable technology spend by managing inventory depreciation targets, providing visibility to refresh initiatives, and aligning install base management to staff augmentation.
LaSalle’s inventory visibility and financial reporting capabilities with LAMP has accelerated several refresh opportunities at the Company. Currently, LaSalle continues to work with the customer and the Cisco Account Team in disseminating life cycle data to build business cases for their technology adoption. This strategic engagement is assisting in building the Company’s technology roadmap for the next 5 years.
